About the Creator
Career Pathways India was founded by Kieran Sethi, a passionate advocate for equitable access to skills education. Though based in Auckland, New Zealand, Kieran has spent over a decade working with education and workforce development organizations across South Asia. He’s seen firsthand how vocational training transforms lives — turning unemployment into livelihoods, and potential into prosperity.
Why This Website Exists
Kieran started this platform after meeting a young woman in Rajasthan who had completed a certified welding course but couldn’t find information on where to apply for jobs. That moment sparked the idea: what if every person in India could easily find the right training, at the right time, with clear next steps? Career Pathways India was born out of that simple belief — that information should never be a barrier to opportunity.
